Resource Guilde for a Sustainable Development
in an urban environment

Using Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood as a model, The Urban Enrironmental Institute and their consultant team (Mithun, Arup Engineers, 2020 Engineering, ValueMiner, and Built-e), with funding from Vulcan, Inc., developed a resource guide that proposes goals, design principals and tools for designing and building sustainably in a mixed use development market. The guilde, in PDF format, is 185 pages.
